1. You’re following bad advice from a crappy influencer who pushes pseudoscience, not an evidence-based health coach who pushes sound science backed by years of research.
  2. You’re changing your programming too soon (program hopping). Not following a structured program tailored to your goals and needs for an extended period of time.
  3. You’re not pushing yourself hard enough: not following the principle of progressive overload
  4. Too much stress too quickly. You’re pushing yourself too hard and getting hurt.
  5. Not recovering properly (ie. Poor sleep, poor stress management, poor nutrition)
